Payment Policy
This Payment Policy applies to orders placed on www.amaryllisindia.com, operated by Amaryllis Appliances (India) Pvt. Ltd. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
Prices and GST
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees.
Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Shipping, handling, Cash on Delivery or other compulsory charges will be displayed before order confirmation.
Payment Methods
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Customers confirm that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Payment-card or banking information may be processed directly by authorised payment providers. We do not intentionally store complete card details.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery will be available only where shown at checkout.
Availability may depend on product, order value and delivery PIN code. An applicable COD charge, if any, will be shown before order confirmation.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product.
An order is accepted after payment verification and order confirmation.
We may reject or cancel an order following a payment failure, a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable refund will be issued.
Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Prepaid-order refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery refunds, where applicable, may require verified bank details.
- Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.
- Refunds for discounted orders will be based on the amount actually paid.
